All clients possess the right to seek a refund in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Procedure

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except within the first 90 days of membership. To be eligible for a refund during this period, you must not have accessed more than 50% of the lessons in any of the courses purchased.

  • To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your full name and a statement of your request.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, your access to the website will be immediately revoked.

  • Compliance with AML Regulations

  • In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we may conduct identity verification procedures for refund requests. This may include asking for additional information or documentation to verify your identity and ensure compliance with AML laws.

  • Failure to provide the required information may result in the denial of your refund request.

  • By agreeing to this Refund Policy, you consent to these AML procedures.

  • Please note: Even if your refund request falls outside the 90-day refund window, please reach out to us. We are committed to reviewing individual cases and will make every effort to find a suitable resolution.
