Account Management, Login Details & Payment Processing

The individual who creates the account and whose payment method is charged is designated as the “Account Owner.” The Account Owner maintains exclusive control over the Academizo account through the use of their password. Account Owners are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. Academizo is not obligated to provide refunds or discounts for memberships that have been placed on hold, whether the hold was initiated by Academizo staff or through automated systems.

The refund request must include the user’s full name, purchase date, the course package purchased, and any other relevant details, as well as an explanation of the reason for the refund request.
