We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our course packages at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders placed before the modification date.

Each package must be purchased separately, and access is granted exclusively to the courses included within the specific package acquired. To gain access to a course package, users must complete the purchase process with a valid payment method and pay the applicable fees in full.
Upon purchasing a course from Academizo, users are granted unlimited, indefinite access to the course materials. This means you can revisit and review the content at any time, without restrictions or expiration.
Academizo reserves the right to amend, discontinue, or modify its membership plans at any time, in its sole discretion.
Account Management, Login Details & Payment Processing
When registering on our website, you will be provided with a unique username and password. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential and secure. The individual who creates the account and whose payment method is charged is designated as the “Account Owner.” The Account Owner maintains exclusive control over the Academizo account through the use of their password. To preserve control over the account, the Account Owner should not share their login credentials or payment information (such as the last four digits of a credit or debit card) with any other person.
Account Owners are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. Academizo accounts are intended for individual use only, and sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited. Be vigilant of any requests for your payment or account information, as such requests may be attempts at identity theft. Always ensure that you access sensitive account details directly through the Academizo website, and not via external links contained in emails or other forms of communication, even if they appear official.
Academizo reserves the right to place any account on hold at any time, with or without notice, to protect the account owner, Academizo, or its partners from fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Academizo is not obligated to provide refunds or discounts for memberships that have been placed on hold, whether the hold was initiated by Academizo staff or through automated systems.

Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except within the first 90 days of membership. To be eligible for a refund during this period, you must not have accessed more than 50% of the lessons in any of the courses purchased.
To request a refund, users must send an email to support@academizo.com or use the “Contact Us” form available on the website. The refund request must include the user’s full name, purchase date, the course package purchased, and any other relevant details, as well as an explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. Upon receipt and processing of a refund request, user access to the course content will be immediately revoked, and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful cancellation.
Refund requests made beyond the initial 90-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Users are encouraged to contact us with a detailed explanation of the refund request, and we will make reasonable efforts to find an appropriate resolution. Each case will be carefully reviewed, and we will communicate our decision within a reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorized third-party intervention on behalf of the account owner, such as legal actions, without prior communication with Academizo, is considered improper and may result in immediate account termination. Should unauthorized third-party involvement lead to legal expenses or other costs for Academizo, the responsible party, either the account holder or the third party, will be liable for covering these expenses.
If you wish to grant a third party the authority to act on your behalf, you must provide written consent.
